Enjoy a North Stradbroke Island 4WD Beach Safari

The Island Extends about 32k along it’s Eastern seaboard and 6km across it’s Northern end.

North Stradbroke is composed almost entirely of sand with dunes that reach 200m high, which have been formed by onshore winds and currents.

The Aboriginal presence is still strong today especially around Dunwich, the Island’s main settlement.

A fun filled day exploring North Stradbroke Island, with genuine wilderness so close by. We cross the calm water of Moreton Bay by large car ferry, passing subtropical islands.

Large schools of Dolphins play around the headlands and big Turtles have made their homes here too. Huge Mantarays visit here quite often and can be observed gliding through the waters. In the winter months we see humpback whales cruising past towards their breeding grounds up north.

Another great day !!! The day started wet and cloudy but thanks to everyones high spirits and friendly manners it turn into a great day. Hope to hear from all our customers with lots of photos. Thanks to everyone that participated on the day.
